Our Wedding

It all started in the halls of the school where we both worked as teachers. Amidst lesson planning and mentor/mentee meetings, we discovered a connection that went beyond the classroom. Our initial conversations, filled with laughter and shared experiences, quickly revealed that we had much more in common than just our professions.

Our bond strengthened as we spent time together after work, finding joy in pool and chess games that sparked playful banter and revealed our strategic minds and humor. Weekends were for exploring local breweries, where our love for IPAs and cocktails wasn't just about the flavors, but about making lasting memories. Our evenings often featured binge-watching TV shows, laughing and relaxing together, often with our three cats snuggled beside us. This love for entertainment was matched by a passion for travel, taking us on adventures near and far, discovering the world's beauty and making unforgettable memories together.

But of all the things we enjoy doing together, going to the beach is our favorite. The serene backdrop of the ocean, the calming sound of the waves, and the warmth of the sand under our feet provides the perfect setting for us to unwind and connect. Culminating our love for these beach getaways, it was on these very shores, that we excitedly sealed our future together with a memorable marriage proposal.

Our relationship, built on shared interests, mutual respect, and a deep love for one another, has brought us to this incredible moment in our lives. As we prepare to embark on this new chapter, we are filled with gratitude for the love and support of our family and friends. You have been part of our story in so many ways, and we can't wait to celebrate our union with each of you.
